Privacy notice
This site is a single page with one form on it. The notice below is about the email address that form collects — there is nothing else.
Who is responsible
Mistar is the data controller. Reach us at [email protected] for anything in this notice, including a deletion request.
What we collect, and why
When you submit the invite form we receive:
- the email address you typed;
- which side you picked — investor or strategist — so we can tell you about the right half of the product;
- the country your request came from, which Cloudflare derives from your IP address. We use it only to spot automated abuse of the form.
We do not store your IP address, and we never record it next to your email address.
The purpose is to send you an invite to the private beta and tell you when it opens. We do not use the address for anything else, we do not sell it, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
On what basis
Your consent, given by submitting the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by mailing [email protected]; withdrawing it does not affect anything we sent before.
How long we keep it
Twelve months from the day you sign up, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. If the beta has not opened by then we will ask you before keeping it any longer.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts this site and runs the form endpoint. It handles your request in transit and derives the country signal above.
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — delivers the notification containing your address to our own inbox. Resend is in the United States, so this involves a transfer outside the EEA, made under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Both act on our instructions only. There is no one else.
Cookies and tracking
None. No cookies, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels, no third-party scripts — the site's content security policy blocks them. Nothing is stored in your browser; the page simply matches whichever light or dark theme your system is set to. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of serving them.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to receive it in a portable form, to restrict what we do with it, or to object. Mail [email protected] and we will answer within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority, or to the authority where you live.
Automated decisions
None. Nothing about joining the waitlist is decided automatically, and we do not profile you.
Changes
If this notice changes we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant and we still hold your address, we will mail you.
