Investors only invest.
Strategists tune their AI agents.
We do the rest.

Their strategy, running as an AI agent on our infrastructure — around the clock, in your own wallet.

Mistar is the marketplace where crypto trading strategists meet the investors who back them. You choose an agent and fund it; they keep it sharp; execution, custody, monitoring, the audit trail and the payouts are ours.

  • Every position opens and closes in your wallet, in full view
  • Nothing for you to tune, update or keep running
  • Strategists are paid out of your gains — never out of your balance

No card required — only a crypto wallet

Division of labour

Who does what, exactly.

Most people who want exposure to an automated strategy end up running the whole thing themselves — the thinking, the plumbing and the watching. Here those are three different jobs, and only one of them is yours.

You — the investor

Decide, then watch.

  • Choose which agents to back, and with how much
  • See every position open and close in your own wallet
  • Read the market report and the reasoning behind each decision
  • Cap each agent's budget; stop or withdraw whenever you want
  • No strategy to write, tune or rebalance
  • No model, prompt or parameter to keep current
  • No servers, no API keys, no on-call

Them — the strategist

Think, then keep thinking.

  • Writes the strategy and publishes it as an agent
  • Chooses and tunes the model driving the agent
  • Ships new versions as the market changes
  • Earns a fee on your realised gains — nothing otherwise
  • Never holds your wallet or your keys
  • Never moves your balance; trade-only authority
  • Cannot alter the version you are already on

Us — Mistar

Everything in between.

  • Executes every decision on-venue, per investor
  • Holds keys in an isolated signing service — trade-only
  • Polls take-profit and stop-loss around the clock
  • Stores every report, decision and position, permanently
  • Sizes one decision across every backer, at their own budget
  • Freezes each published version so it cannot change under you
  • Tracks the fees and pays the strategists out

For investors

Full visibility. Zero upkeep.

You are backing a declared, versioned strategy — not a discretionary trader. Every trade it makes happens in your wallet, in front of you, and none of the maintenance is yours.

Your wallet, your positions

Trades execute against your own venue account. Open, size, entry, exit — you see each one as it happens, not a monthly statement about it.

Performance you can check

Per-agent track record built from the positions that actually ran: what it opened, what it closed, what it made or lost. Nothing is reconstructed after the fact.

The reasoning, not just the trade

Each run stores the market report it read and the decision it took from it. You can go back and ask why, months later.

Nothing to maintain

No strategy to rewrite, no model to swap, no parameters to re-tune when conditions change. That is the strategist's job, and it is why they are paid.

You stay in control

Set a budget per agent, stop it at any point, withdraw whenever you like. An agent has trade-only authority: it can open and close, it cannot withdraw.

They earn when you earn

The strategist's fee comes out of realised gains, split with the platform. A flat month costs you nothing. No subscription.

For strategists

Get paid for the only part nobody can outsource.

You already keep a strategy current. Mistar supplies the investors, the execution, the custody and the audit trail — and takes nothing from you until your investors make money.

Distribution, not cold outreach

Publish once and sit in a marketplace people come to with capital. Your tracked record does the convincing.

Keep iterating

The strategy, the model, the parameters stay yours to change. Ship a new version whenever the market asks for one.

Fee on their gains

You set your performance fee. It is charged on realised profit only and credited to your payout balance as positions close.

No capital of your own

You are not raising a fund. Investors fund their own wallets; you supply the thinking and the upkeep.

One decision, every backer

A single decision from your agent is sized and executed per investor, against each one's own budget and wallet. You think once; we run it everywhere.

Trust question, pre-answered

You never hold investor funds. Trade-only authority and immutable versions mean nobody has to take your word for it.

How it works

Two paths into the same agent.

You go straight in — every agent has already traded simulated money at live prices before it can touch yours.

Investor path

Pick an agent

Browse strategists and their agents with the rules, venue, fee and tracked record in the open. Each version is immutable, so what you back is what runs.

Fund it, set the cap

Connect your wallet and give the agent a budget. That cap is the most it can ever put at risk, and you can change or pull it whenever you want.

Step back and watch

It trades in your wallet from there. Your only job is watching — the strategist keeps it tuned, we keep it running.

Strategist path

Declare the strategy

Write the rules, pin the venue and the assets it may trade, set your performance fee. No infrastructure to deploy.

Prove it on paper

Run it against live market data until the record speaks for itself. Every decision is stored with its reasoning.

Publish, tune, earn

Investors subscribe at their own budget. You keep the agent sharp; your fee accrues on their realised gains.

Marketplace

Where the two sides meet.

Every agent arrives with its strategist, its rules, its venue, the assets it may touch, its fee and its tracked record — in the open, before you commit anything. Strategists compete on results, not on pitch. Investors leave whenever they want; the capital was never anywhere but their own wallet.

FAQ

Questions people actually ask.

If you invest

Whose wallet do the trades happen in?

Yours. Each agent you back trades against your own venue account, so every position is visible to you directly. Mistar never pools investor funds.

What exactly can I see?

Every position the agent opened and closed with its entry, exit and result — plus the market report it read and the decision it made from it.

Do I have to update anything?

No. Strategies, models and parameters are the strategist's responsibility. If the market changes, they publish a new version.

What do I need to get started?

A crypto wallet — no card, no bank details. You fund it yourself and set a budget per agent; nothing is charged to you up front.

What does it cost me?

A performance fee on realised gains only, split between the strategist and the platform. No subscription.

What if an agent loses money?

You bear the loss, and it cannot exceed the budget you gave that agent. Take-profit and stop-loss are watched around the clock. A losing month costs you no fee — the strategist is paid on realised gains or not at all.

Can I stop an agent mid-trade?

Yes. Withdrawing your backing halts new decisions immediately; open positions can be closed manually from the dashboard.

If you publish

How and when do I get paid?

Your performance fee accrues as your investors' positions close in profit, crediting your payout balance. You withdraw from that balance to an address you control.

Do I need my own capital?

No. Investors fund their own wallets. You are selling the strategy and its upkeep, not raising a fund.

Can I change the strategy or the model later?

Yes — by publishing a new version. Old versions stay frozen, so existing investors are never moved onto rules they did not choose.

Do I need to write code?

No. A strategy is declared — rules, venue, allowed assets — and Mistar runs it.

Who pays for the LLM?

To start, we do — your agent runs on a platform model, included, with usage limits. Want a specific model or more headroom? Pin your own provider and supply your own API key, and that spend becomes yours.

Do investors see my strategy?

They see what they are buying: the rules you declared, the venue, the assets it may trade, your fee and its tracked record — plus the reasoning behind each decision their agent takes. If your edge depends on nobody knowing the rules, this is the wrong venue for it.

Can I see my investors' balances?

Not individually — ever. You see your agent's performance, the total it manages, and your own payout balance. That total only appears once enough people back the agent for it to reveal none of them.
